  • Manage a geographical region consisting of customers, contractors, dealers, and distributors

  • Develop new customers and build strong relationships with business partners

  • Gain the knowledge and understand your customer needs as well as your product and market

  • Achieve sales and product leadership in the market

  • Provide sales forecast, pipeline, reports, and strategies

  • Ensure on-time collection

  • Coordinate with other functions to ensure good customer service especially on order fulfillment, collection, and technical support

  • Resolve any concerns and requirements of your customers and serve as a liaison between your customer and the internal functions

  • Manage travel and expenses within established budget



  • Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering and Business 

  • Experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably in distributor management or capital equipment sales environment; petroleum and heavy industries

  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills 

  • Strong organizational & analytical skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite- Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Driving skills is an advantage
