Responsibilities 

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to identify external talent through passive and active methods

  • Develop and execute talent screening to provide best-qualified candidates in a timely manner according to business needs

  • Design and continuously improve the policies and procedures on talent acquisition to facilitate the effective management and positive engagement of talents from pre-employment screening to onboarding

  • Facilitate new employee onboarding

  • Coordinate with HR and business leaders on manpower planning

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Psychology, or other field or equivalent experience required

  • Experience in Talent acquisition, preferably in an industrial setting, with particular emphasis on technical, sales and supply chain (purchasing, warehouse, logistics) positions

  • Experience working for a family-owned business, and an understanding of family business priorities, working styles and business philosophies are preferable

  • Strong client-support orientation, and the ability to influence a broad range of people at all levels

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills 

  • Strong organizational & analytical skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite- Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
