Responsibilities

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to identify external talent through passive and active methods

Develop and execute talent screening to provide best-qualified candidates in a timely manner according to business needs

Design and continuously improve the policies and procedures on talent acquisition to facilitate the effective management and positive engagement of talents from pre-employment screening to onboarding

Facilitate new employee onboarding

Coordinate with HR and business leaders on manpower planning
Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Psychology, or other field or equivalent experience required

Experience in Talent acquisition, preferably in an industrial setting, with particular emphasis on technical, sales and supply chain (purchasing, warehouse, logistics) positions

Experience working for a family-owned business, and an understanding of family business priorities, working styles and business philosophies are preferable

Strong client-support orientation, and the ability to influence a broad range of people at all levels

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Strong organizational & analytical skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite- Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
