Purchasing & Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• Involved in demand planning, replenishment, purchasing,  and logistics operations

• Drive improvements and perform according to supply chain KPIs including on-time delivery, capacity metrics, supplier metrics, stock rate and, inventory accuracy

• Responsible for sourcing and supplier maintenance including quotes, negotiations, and integration

• Support quick resolution of shipping discrepancies, vendor returns, receiving errors, and invoice errors

• Actively participates in Inventory & Operations Review

Qualifications

​

• Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering and Business 

• Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, and Warehouse Operations, preferably in a distributor management or capital equipment sales environment; construction and manufacturing industry

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills 

• Strong organizational & analytical skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite- Outlook, Excel, and Word
