Human Resources

Responsibilities 

  • Review and implement necessary HR process, programs, and systems are in place to create the environment for productivity, satisfaction, and growth

  • Support different functions with performance management and employee development

  • Lead in the development and implementation of employee policies and procedures

  • Oversee processes on employee timekeeping, payroll, and benefits 

  • Monitor and execute employee counseling and disciplinary actions

  • Coordinate with recruitment and business leaders on manpower planning

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Psychology, or other field or equivalent experience required

  • Experience in Human Resource, preferably in a distributor management or capital equipment sales environment; construction and manufacturing industry

  • Strong client-support orientation, and the ability to influence a broad range of people at all levels

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills 

  • Strong organizational & analytical skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite- Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
