Responsibilities

Review and implement necessary HR process, programs, and systems are in place to create the environment for productivity, satisfaction, and growth

Support different functions with performance management and employee development

Lead in the development and implementation of employee policies and procedures

Oversee processes on employee timekeeping, payroll, and benefits
-
Monitor and execute employee counseling and disciplinary actions
-
Coordinate with recruitment and business leaders on manpower planning
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Psychology, or other field or equivalent experience required

Experience in Human Resource, preferably in a distributor management or capital equipment sales environment; construction and manufacturing industry

Strong client-support orientation, and the ability to influence a broad range of people at all levels

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Strong organizational & analytical skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite- Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
