Administrative & IT
Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of cost-effective and efficient administrative support services such as security, janitorial, transportation, communications, messengerial, and housekeeping and waste management services

Oversee day-to-day administrative and IT support including travel arrangements, expense reports, ERP administration, server maintenance, and troubleshooting, device configuration, distribution and care, and other IT troubleshooting

Recommend and oversee facility improvement initiatives
-
Develop productive working relationships with key stakeholders in the organization

Monitor utility consumption and recommend savings
-
Maintain proper documentation of company policies, workflows, and processes
-
Ensure company compliance to health, safety and security standards
-
Involved in Ad-Hoc Projects
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, or other field or equivalent experience required

Experience in Administrative and IT support function, preferably in a distributor management or capital equipment sales environment; construction and manufacturing industry

Strong client-support orientation, and the ability to influence a broad range of people at all levels

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite- Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Must be flexible, open to working in off-peak hours, Sundays or holidays if needed
